To provide and improve the Service, generate AI responses grounded in your knowledge, and communicate with you about your account.
3. AI Processing
Workspace content is processed by trusted AI providers solely to generate decision trees and replies. We do not use customer content to train foundational models.
4. Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors necessary to operate the Service (hosting, AI providers, email delivery). We do not sell your data.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is governed by row-level security and role-based controls.
6. Your Rights
You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use essential cookies for authentication and basic analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
